Councillor for Bishopsworth


Richard is a Bristol City Councillor for the ward of Bishopsworth.

His Committee appointments include; Development Control B Committee, the Dundry View Neighbourhood Partnership, the Human Resources Committee, the Licensing Committee, The Member Forum, Public Safety and Protection Committee and the Selection Committee.

He is also part of the Bristol Shopping Quarter Forum, Destination Bristol and the University of Bristol Court.

South Bristol Conservative Councillor secures commitment for a new recycling centre

  Senior Conservative Councillor Richard Eddy has secured a commitment from the Bristol Mayor Marvin Rees to work to establish a new recycling centre on Hartcliffe Way by the end of his Mayoral term of office, in 2020. Cllr Eddy (Con, Bishopsworth), a longstanding campaigner for this facility
