A4018 PUBLIC MEETING A GREAT SUCCESS

Thank you to everyone who attended the A4018 'Improvements' Public Meeting last night held jointly between local Henbury and Brentry Councillors, Chris Windows and Mark Weston and the BS10 Parks and Planning Group.

WORKING TOGETHER TO SAVE STOKE LODGE

Local Councillors are working with the community, and other Parties, to save Stoke Lodge from being fenced off and enclosed by Cotham School. Cllr Mark Weston, Bristol North West Parliamentary candidate said  "There is no need for the school to take this action".

The BIG South West Beach Clean

On Sunday 16th September, local South West Conservatives took part in the BIG Beach Clean. As part of this campaign a beach clean at Aust Cliff next to the old Severn Bridge took place. 

CONSERVATIVES BACK TEMPLE ISLAND SITE IN PENDING ARENA DEBATE

Conservative Councillor John Goulandris is urging the Mayor to allow all councillors a free and meaningful vote next week on the important issue of the Bristol Arena and that he abides by the outcome of the debate at Monday’s Extraordinary Meeting of Full Council.

ASHTON COURT RAILWAY UNDER THREAT

Cllr Mark Weston (Leader of the Conservative Group on Bristol City Council) was delighted to meet with representatives of the Bristol Society of Model and Experimental Engineers earlier this week with colleague Cllr Graham Morris.
