South Gloucestershire Council recently turned the A4174 Wraxall Road roundabout into a “through-about” to improve traffic flow. They also consulted on wider plans to turn several more roundabouts on the A4174 into 'through-abouts' to deliver similar benefits for local people. Your Conservative Councillors chose to stop the wider scheme going ahead to give the Council a chance to listen to the feedback and assess whether the changes to the Wraxall Roundabout led to significant improvements as promised.
